There are NO applications fees if you apply through us. A typical loan application takes approximately 72 hours for pre-approval. This will begin the process of putting you into a new home.

Our most popular financing is our land home package.

The land home package is a construction loan which allows you to finance the property, the new home, and the all the site improvements to complete this your home. Right down to steps and decks.
