Because our Titan Manufactured Homes are built in New York, they are built to a much higher standard than our competitors who build there homes in the south. Our manufactured homes comes standard with a 30 lb roof load. You can get drywall throughout your home. And you can even put your home on a full basement, with an interior basement entry way. And if storage is a concern we offer a 7/12 roof pitch with a full attic. Titan offers Energy Star labeled home which is 30% more efficient. Titan has the ability to build larger 36" wide interior doors for handicap accessibility.
For the cook we offer some models in which you can custom design your own kitchen. We know offer a 5 piece stainless steel kitchen appliance package. Our model 800 is just one.
